I divided the dough into 2 portions, shaped the half-loaves by hand, proof them on parchment paper, then preheat a long covered baker, garnished them with jalapeños & cheese, and used the parchment paper as a sling to insert the half-loaves into the hot baking vessel. I was so thrilled with the rosemary bread served as an appetizer at Romano’s Macaroni Grill that I developed a no-knead rosemary bread recipe. I divided the dough into 6 portions… then they were shaped by hand, proof on parchment paper, baste with olive oil, garnish with sea salt, and scored.
